Elevator bookings, loading docks and downtown parking planned before the truck arrives.

Most Ottawa condo buildings require you to book the service elevator and loading dock, often in fixed time slots. Some ask for a deposit or a certificate of insurance from the mover. Ask your property manager early, especially for month-end.

Downtown streets have limited loading space. If your building has no dock, we plan where the truck will stop and whether a parking permit or an early start makes sense.

If your slot is short, we stage boxes near the door before the elevator time begins, so the booked time goes to loading.
